Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing with SuccessFactors
The SuccessFactors Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing Consultant should possess strong technical skills and expertise in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing modules. They should have a deep understanding of the system's architecture, data model, and integration capabilities. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, including knowledge of configuration settings, workflows, and rules, is essential. The consultant should be skilled in managing data migrations, conducting system testing, and troubleshooting technical issues. Experience with integrations with other HR systems, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), is highly desirable. Knowledge of recruitment marketing tools and techniques, such as social media and job board integrations, is also beneficial.
